Telesales Manager B2B

James Kay Associates are working with national based retailer who are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join their senior management team working in their head office based in Essex.

They have been trading for over 50 years and are the biggest supplier in Britain in their specialist area.

The Inside Sales Manager will manage, motivate and develop the telesales team selling to our clients national database of dealers/distributors/stockists. Markets covered include automotive, hire, builder’s merchants, industrial supplies and many more.

What you will be doing:

• Closely managing the internal (office based) sales team and all sales activities
• Motivating and encouraging staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets
• Carrying out sales training with sales executives
• Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively
• Setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators
• Reporting to senior management on sales team KPI’S
• Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales with existing, lapsed and new customers
• Conduct 121s, performance management
• Create a high performing sales environment

What we are looking for:

• B2B Sales management experience (ideally selling goods)
• You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar Inside/Telesales Manager role
• Someone that is results driven and passionate about sales and service
• Ability to coach, mentor and support a team to deliver
• Strong time management & organisational skills

My client offer a fantastic package for the right candidate with a basic salary of up to 70k per year plus bonus.

This role will be based at their Head Office in Essex so you must live in a commutable location working Monday to Friday 8.30-6.
